Mr. Jacobs has over 25 years of experience in investment management. He is focused on identifying new investment opportunities and managing the day-to-day operations of Innova. Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience leading financial operations for companies in all stages of the lifecycle. Prior to Innova, Mr. Jacobs was a Managing Partner at Rover Capital Partners which was a long-short equities multi-manager platform. Mr. Jacobs is a former Partner at First New York Securities where he was a Portfolio Manager investing across industrial, financial, health care, technology, real estate, and energy sectors. Prior to First New York Securities, Mr. Jacobs was in the Real Estate, Investment Banking and Asset Management Divisions of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Jacobs earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, 55, 63, and 79 licenses.
